Shipping and Delivery​

Since BIYS provides digital services (advice sessions, chat/email consultations, etc.), there are no physical shipments.
Delivery of Services:

Appointments are delivered via the BIYS platform (video, phone, or chat) at the scheduled time.

Email or written consultations are delivered digitally within the agreed time frame.
Delays due to technical issues will be promptly resolved or rescheduled at no cost to you.
