Shipping and Delivery​

Since BIYS provides digital services (advice sessions, chat/email consultations, etc.), there are no physical shipments.

Delivery of Services:

• Appointments are delivered via the BIYS platform (video, phone, or chat) at the scheduled time.

• Email or written consultations are delivered digitally within the agreed time frame.

Delays due to technical issues will be promptly resolved or rescheduled at no cost to you.
