Cancellations and Refunds Policy

 

Consultation Cancellation:

• You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

• If a session is missed by the advisor or there is a technical failure on our part, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

• Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with advice, but we welcome feedback and will review on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
